Savage Workouts with Equipment:

These workouts can all be done with no equipment. Many use 5-8lb hand weights and/or a medium weight resistance band but they all come with equipment free modifications.

Ok so it's not easy to workout with the kids around but it's possible! This is a 10 minute cardio circuit with some stretching. Repeating it once or twice for a really great cardio push or do it once to get that heart rate up and squeeze in an awesome workout!

This is my Early Morning Workout. It’s about 30 minutes long and will get the heart rate up and build some awesome strength. The sound quality is poor, but there are lots of titles for you!

Here’s an awesome 18 minute workout you can squeeze in!

This week's workout is a great 25 minute workout using hand weights and a resistance band (equipment free modifications can be found in the PDF)! It's simple and effective and awesome. It can also be shortened or lengthened super easily.

This week's workout is one I threw in while my husband did the dirty work of getting the kids sunscreened and into the pool. No equipment needed for this one, just a chair, stool or bench if you have one, but that's also not totally necessary. It's a bit noisy but there are captions galore.

This week I have another outdoor workout and this one uses the resistance tube for all exercises. You can sub in hand weights or do it all without any resistance.

This workout is not for people who have a back injury or chronic pain. This is just for those feeling some tightness or aching associated with not moving enough and not engaging the core enough!

This one is nice and quick! Repeat each circuit twice or even three times if you want to bulk it up or do it all once through like me for a great 15ish minute workout. We use a set of handweights in the beginning but a band works well, too, or skip the weights all together!

This week I have a great workout for you! It's a quick 15(ish) minutes if you do it once through and there are 3 circuits so you can repeat each one twice or three times for a fuller 30 -50 minute workout (BOOM!). The first circuit uses hand weights but you can sub a resistance tube OR do it with no weights and it will still get your booty burning!

An awesome 30 minute workout you can probably bust out in 20 ;)
