Trouble working out with the kids around? Or scared to try it? Check out this quick 20 minute equipment free workout I did before heading out to swim practice!

This week's workout is one I threw in while my husband did the dirty work of getting the kids sunscreened and into the pool. No equipment needed for this one, just a chair, stool or bench if you have one, but that's also not totally necessary. It's a bit noisy but there are captions galore.

This workout is not for people who have a back injury or chronic pain. This is just for those feeling some tightness or aching associated with not moving enough and not engaging the core enough!
