Creating A New Fitness Routine After Babies

I am a former circus acrobat, personal trainer and lover of all things fried and boozey! For me, I was actually pretty ready for everything parenthood threw my way once I decided to settle down and try to make it happen…except for one very crucial aspect.

I was 32 when my first baby was born and I was READY to be a mama and a wife and a homeowner after years of partying, focusing on only myself and my needs, and living out of a suitcase. But what I failed to anticipate was not the obvious changes that having a child in tow brings to ones life, but the ways it affected my view of myself and my own prioritization of my needs when compared to this (these) amazing new creature(s) we created.
