We are all different in so many ways! I created this program and series of workouts just for the needs of moms like you!

Whether you are looking to get on track or get started after birth, these workouts are designed to ease you in - both mind and body! This periodized set of workouts will build your core and endurance, increase your strength and build up your power and energy as you go through it without hitting a plateau.

And learn to use these workouts when you can't get to the gym - because sometimes life happens and you need a backup plan!

The nutrition plan will keep you learning to make healthy choices without feeling deprived so you can finally reach those goals and get your pre-baby clothes out of storage without living on Tufu and Kale (although those can make a mean stirfry!).
