Tired of starting the New Year feeling exhausted, fluffy and cranky? Want to help yourself avoid the 38 varieties of colds getting passed around your office or school? Ready to kick off the New Year feeling AWESOME and set some exciting new goals for 2019? Join me for 8 Weeks of Peace and Health through the holidays and learn to manage that stress and healthy living with me and an incredible community of Savages!  I'll give you workouts, recipes, and weekly challenge goals to help you learn how to live a healthier lifestyle and reconnect with and focus on all that JOY in your life.

Beginning Nov. 12, let me show you how to live healthy AND be happy this holiday season! We will slow down, try new things and focus on being present, mindful and taking care of ourselves as well as we take care of others.

There will be objectives to earn and if you hit them all you get $99 back! If you don’t, I take the $99 and give it to Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital. Win win or WIN!

How do you want to ring in the new year?

I LOVE the Holidays! I love cozy fires, all the decorations, the family time, the gluttony, the parties and (much to my husband's chagrin) THE MUSIC! Man, do I love me some Bublé Christmas (insert heart emoji eyes here)...

Although it feels early, there is no better time to start making a plan for how you are going to manage your healthy goals while enjoying the treats and absorbing the stress of the holidays! Rather than make your New Year's resolution "Lose 10 lbs and stop binging on candy," wouldn't you rather make it something more exciting and inspiring? Like training for a race or learning a handstand! 

This will be the best part of your holidays! 

Here's how it works:

  • There is an initial assessment form to fill out with weight, measurements and some basic strength assessments. This part is optional.  

  • There is a weekly email with fitness and wellness (self care) challenges to do every day that week, and some new recipes to try. 

  • There is a printable worksheet where you can track the number of health points you earn each day. Drinks, treats and lazy days are all allowed (I mean, who am I, the Grinch??), we just implement a structure and plan to round out the week Health Positive! 

  • If you hit that mark, submit the form to me at the end and get $99 of your fee back. If not, that $99 goes to Lucile Packard Children's Hospital. 

  • If you work hard but miss the point goal on occasion, you can bypass the points by weighing in at the end the same or less than where you started...
