How often and in what ways you workout depends greatly on your goals so there is really no simple answer here. But seeing as how my goal with Savage Wellness is to help teach you to coach yourselves, I do have a lot of tips to help you find the routine to best meet your needs!
And how do I know all this, you might be asking? Well, it’s part experience working with a huge variety of people and personalities and finding successful approaches for each of them, it’s also part research and reading late into the night about this stuff (Im a huge nerd about healthy living!) and it’s part based on my own experience as I struggled through years of disordered eating and body image issues.
We have enough mom guilt these days. Let’s take a shift and look at the world a bit differently. What if you didn’t judge and, instead, you imagined a world where the guy riding your bumper on the freeway is really in a rush to see the birth of his baby, or the rude person at the store just got the worst news of her life and is having to navigate chores and deal with trauma at the same time, or that mom who is looking at her phone is…actually an awesome mom.
