We're kicking off our Final 90 Challenge and I am so excited!
This is our chance to take all that energy and optimism we put into those first 30 days of the year and put them into these final 90 so we can build the momentum and healthy (physically and mentally) lifestyle we need to make those New Years resolutions stick!
In just 90 days, you will no longer carry the guilt, cravings and fatigue you may struggle with now, your fitness will no longer be at the mercy of your busy and changing schedule, it will be part of your routine, and your inner dialogue will be full of confidence, affirmation, self love, and pride. And we can do it during the busiest and most stressful time of year. We've got this and I can't wait to watch you hit 2020 and soar!
Each week you'll get a workout of the week as well as a daily fitness goal. You'll get three healthy recipes and some tips and tools to help focus your efforts for the week. Follow along, stay consistent and you'll be amazed!

Workout of the Week
For this workout, I use a set of hand weights but have modifications for a band or no equipment in the video.

Week 1 Focus: That Mindset Shift
This week we're just getting started creating our Savage Lifestyle. If you haven't already taken my 5 day Kickstart Your Healthy Life course (it's free for now!), I do highly recommend it!

Exercise Challenge of the week:
2 minutes of planks every day:
Do 2 minutes of planks every day. Start with 4x 30 second planks and try to work up from there. Or even 6x 20 second planks sprinkled throughout the day! Focus on your form and stop when you feel like your back is starting to work.
If you have an ab separation (or even if you don't and you want to add these in!), do side planks instead - 1 minute on each side total (whatever breakdown you'd like!). Make sure the belly isn't bulging outward at the midline. Click here to learn more about Ab Separations.
