+ I'm not sure what I need. How do I figure out what is right for me?

Great question! I can hep you figure out that. Schedule a FREE 30 minute consult so we can chat more about your goals and I'll give you some advice on where to start! No pressure to sign up after a free consult. This is a way for both of us to see if we are a good fit or if my programs will work well for your lifestyle.

+ What if I need extra coaching or accountability?

I offer limited spots for one on one coaching for my programs, but if you are ready to commit to finding the path to get you to your healthy living goals, I am ready to take you there. I make myself available through text and audio messaging daily, email and phone support as need, weekly check ins and strategizing and a passion for what I do and helping you reach your goals. You can learn more here. You can also upgrade your plan at anytime if you decide you'd like to add on additional coaching and support (depending on availability).

+ Can I still have alcohol and coffee if I join one of your programs?

ABSOLUTELY! I believe in moderation. We will come up with a healthy plan that includes your favorite treats so you don't feel deprived.

+ I am dairy and gluten free, will the 6 Weeks to Wellness program work for me?

Yes! Our e-Book guide gives you a simple and easy to follow nutrition plan that you can follow as is and implement whatever restrictions you need for your own dietary needs and preferences easily. You will also have a coach for the duration of the program who will be happy to answer your questions and help advise on any of your specific needs for your diet or exercising. And our Savage food coach, Ben, can also help with recipes and ideas!

+ How quickly can I get started?

When you sign up, you will get all of your getting started information that day. The first Saturday after you sign up is when you will receive your first week’s plan. This gives you time to fill out your coaching forms, read through the program information and get you measurements done. You then have the weekend to plan your week and grocery shop so you can get started on Monday. If you sign up on a Friday after 10am, your first week’s program will be sent to you a week from Saturday.

Our Goal Getters Groups start on the first of every odd month (except November). This is a great way to get extra coaching with a fun group of support and inspiration from other like-minded mamas!

Personal coaching plans can start anytime. We begin with an initial strategy session and then dive in from there!

+ I have a pre-existing condition that needs attention when creating workout plans, will your workouts be ok for me?

I have experience working with many chronic pain issues, old injuries, and mental and physical handicaps. I am certified in fitness for people with Parkinson's and I have also worked with people with Cancer, chronic back pain and injuries, Rheumatoid arthritis, knee and hip issues, Thyroid problems, food allergies, and much more. If there are issues that I don't have enough experience with or are out of my scope of practice, I have an amazing network of professionals (chiropractors, nutritionists, registered dietitians, physical therapists and doctors) that I work with and can bring into the development and implementation of my programs to help ensure they are the right solution.

All of my programs come with a coach to help keep you on track so you are encouraged to reach out to your coach to help you tailor anything to your specific needs. We will recommend upgrading your membership or program if we feel like you may need some extra help working with your pain points. If you have any issues that have you currently in pain or on medication, please check with your doctor and schedule a consult with me before signing up so we can make sure we can meet your needs!

+ My husband and I want to do a program together, are there duo packages?

The 6 Weeks to Wellness Program is super fun in groups so grab some friends and sign up together! (hint: they are even great for Dads ;) ). Doing these programs with a partner, especially a spouse, is a great way to ensure success and stay motivated! I have a daddy add-on that can be purchased so you can do a healthy living program together. You also have access to our Virtual Gym so you can share the workouts and challenges in there with your partner. There are some great bootcamp style workouts in there, too!

+ Do you offer Gift Certificates?

Heck yes I do! You can email me for a custom amount and package. Solutions for health and wellness are a GREAT gift! There is a new mama package that is a wonderful baby shower gift that also comes with a little Savage Wellness onesie for mama's new workout buddy!

+ I really loved my experience with Savage Wellness! How can I continue to support your business?

This is a word of mouth business and any small act of spreading the word, really goes a long way for me! Post about your experience on social media and tag me and/or leave a review on yelp, my facebook page or google business! I LOVE a video testimonial, too, and if you submit one, you get a little goodie bag sent your way! I also have an online shop where you can buy workout shirts, grocery bags, accountability boards and daily affirmation mugs so you can be S.Well every where you go!
