Get Savage - 60 Day Challenge

Take 60 days to commit to getting SAVAGE!

Here’s how it works:

  • Start with workout 1 in the Workouts section of the Virtual Gym.

  • Do each workout 4 times before moving on to the next one, starting with workout 1 and finishing with workout 13*

  • This will give you 52 days of workouts so the occasional rest day won’t trip you up.

  • Over the 60 days, you’ll be tracking your S.Well Points and trying to get at least 10 per day. (you are welcome to set your own goal for your daily points but at least 8 is recommended).

  • Use this worksheet to track your progress.

  • Email me at shannon@savagewellness.org when you begin with the subject line: “Starting my 60 Day Challenge.” Include before pictures (front, side and back), your weight, your measurements and the date you are starting.

  • Complete the challenge by scanning and emailing me your completed worksheet as well as your after pictures, weight and measurements.

  • You will be rewarded with a Savage swag bag and a new healthy YOU!

*While we are still getting the videos edited, sub any missing workouts in the series with any 20+min. workout from the Virtual Gym Workouts section.
